Detailed Program
Day 1: Yangon – Mawlamyine(-/L/-)
Early morning, pick up at your hotel and then drive to Mawlamyine. On the way, you may make some stops for water, photos, meals and so on.
Upon arrival at Mawlamying, transfer to your hotel for check-in.
In the afternoon, if the time permits, you can make a warm-up biking at the city. Don't miss out the ride along the Mawlamyine Strand Road in the evening time to be able to enjoy the sunset.

Day 2: Mawlamyine – Bilu Island - Mawlamyine(B/L/-)
Estimated Biking Distance = 35 Km
Mawlamyine, known as Molmein in the British times, is the 3rd largest city in Myanmar and situated in the south of Myanmar.
After breakfast, cycle across the city to the Strand Road. Then ride over recently finished New Bridge that links Mawlamyine city to Bilu Island.
Activities on the island during the Mountain bike cycling excursion;
- You can visit the very friendly villagers’ house
- Go up the hill to see the panoramic views including the cycling trail coming towards the hill
- Visit the home industries such as Rubber-band making, Cigar pipe, and so on
After excursion making a loop on the island, ride back to Mawlamyine and then continue to your hotel.

Day 3: Mawlamyine – Kor Nat Village - Mawlamyine (B/L/-)
Estimated Biking Distance = 30 - 40 Km
Today cycling tour will take you to the most beautiful, Monastery Complex built and donated by the Colonial-Era Burmese Merchant, called U Na Oak. To reach the village, you will have to cross by the bridge over two rivers called Gyaing and Attran rivers.
You may visit Pomelo Orchards on the way to Kor Nat Village where you will see the best Glass Mosaic decorations and Teak Wooden Buddha Images. The monastery is donated by a Myanmar Well-Known Teak Merchant, U Na Oak. We used to learn about his patriotic battle in terms of inland water transport business against the then Irrawaddy Floatilla Company in the British times.
Walk around the monastery complex, take the pictures of the amazing wood-carvings decorated on the inner walls of the monastic buildings. Sometimes, you will see the European pillar pedestals at some of the buildings.
Then, you will be transfer to the jetty where you will have a One-Hour Boat cruising along the Attran River up to the city of Mawlamying.

Day 4: Mawlamyine – Yangon(B/L/-)
After breakfast, drive back to Yangon(approximately 7 hours!). Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.

Note: The group size is limited up to maximum number of 6 pax so that we can give the full attention to all travellers in a way of close intimacy. We guarantee the departure when the minimum of 2 cyclists are confirmed. For solo travellers, we are happy to welcome them as always and they can have their own room as long as the single supplement is paid. Nevertheless, a shared room with another same-sex solo cyclist can be arranged at no extra cost. As for 2 days, the bike rental fees are included in the fare. However, if you bring your own bike we will deduct the bicycle fees accordingly from the total cost.
